mother and daughter embraceYour critical mammogram results come ASAP.

A screening mammogram is a routine, annual exam, but waiting for results is never easy. Our radiologists are on-site to read your mammograms on the day of your visit to give you peace of mind as quickly as possible. And in the event we discover a breast lump or other abnormality, we’ll coordinate your next steps for an accurate diagnosis — further reducing the wait time for the answers you need.

Trust our expertise and the latest screening technologies.

From the technologists to the radiologists, our team is trained in the latest technology for the early detection of breast cancer:

  • 3D (tomosynthesis) mammography – A three dimensional digital image provides a clearer view of breast tissue and increase the rate of detection by 40 percent.
  • 2D digital mammography – Digital mammography provides faster imaging than traditional X-ray technology.
  • Abbreviated Breast MRI – Developed specifically for women with dense breasts at an average lifetime risk of developing breast cancer as an additional tool to work with your annual mammography.
  • High risk screening MRI – Supplemental screening exam for patients at higher than average risk of developing breast cancer to add to their annual mammogram program.

We’ll work with you to choose the best type of screening based on your individual risk, history, health and breast density.

Call 515.875.9000 to schedule or schedule online to get your annual breast cancer screening. For patients age 40+, no physician referral is needed.
